Dog walks and drop-in visits typically are 30 minutes and include a potty break, exercise or on-leash walk, replenishing food and water, scooping the litter box and cleaning up any pet accidents or administering medication either oral or sub-q. The goal is to give your fur babies the attention and loving they need when you can't be there for them. Morning, mid-day, and evening walks or in-home visits available. Longer visits are available at an additional charge.

Overnight/vacation pet sitting includes an overnight stay in your home or mine to ensure your pet is in a comfortable and secure environment. A mid-day walk or drop-in visit is included at no extra charge. Arrival and departure times can be modified to fit your needs. You get a customized visit, exactly the way you want it!

Additional services provided at no extra charge include progress notes and pictures of your fur babies texted or emailed to you on a daily basis. If you are out of town I will pick-up mail and newspapers, take out trash, water plants and adjust blinds & lights.

Pet taxi services can save you a trip to the vet, a visit to a grooming appointment, dog park visits, delivery of pet supplies or any general errands. Let Sheila handle it for you!

Ensure Your Pet Is Safe and Happy While You’re Away

Pet kennels can be unpredictable, crowded, and lonely for your pampered pet. They often have numerous employees working there who you may never meet and whose credentials you’re unaware of, or they may be understaffed so your pets won’t receive the attention they need. By relying on Superior Sitting Services, you know precisely who will be caring for your pets, and you can be assured that they’ll be safe and cared for in the comfort of your own home while you’re away.

During the holidays, there is a surcharge for services rendered.

Our 25 Point Checklist for Your Peace Of Mind

You have probably never given much thought to just how much time and effort you put into your pet’s good health and happiness. We have! When you are gone, many things have to be done on a daily basis to make certain your pets are safe, secure, comfortable and happy. We go through a 25-point checklist every time we visit with your pets.

  • Sanitizing to reduce illness & disease
  • Releasing your security system
  • Bringing in the newspaper
  • Bringing in the mail
  • Giving each pet clean, fresh, water
  • Giving each pet the proper amount of food
  • Making sure each pet eats their food
  • Checking on the welfare of shy or reclusive pets
  • Restoring the supplies in the proper place
  • Giving treats (if they are allowed)
  • Cleaning up any “accidents” or messes that may occur
  • Watering plants
  • Having play time with each pet
  • Cleaning the litter box
  • Maintaining a comfort level in the home that you set
  • Checking all internal and external doors and windows
  • Monitoring the condition of the home
  • Ensuring the house fence perimeter is secure
  • Changing the lighting arrangement
  • Making sure pets are in their proper place
  • Making notes for the owners
  • Administering medication if needed
  • Checking each pet's condition
  • Re-locking the house
  • Restoring the security system

You do most of these things automatically when you are home. Isn’t it comforting to know that someone is going to go through a checklist each day and do them for you while you’re away?
